Warranty Policy


Each pair of Escaro Royale shoes and boots is handcrafted, designed for durability, and comes with a one-year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship from the date of purchase.

This warranty reflects our commitment to quality and reliable service. Should a defect occur during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the item. Please see full policy below.

Standard One-year Warranty

Escaro Royale warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase. Any claims found to be under warranty limitations (see below) will be rejected.

Warranty shipping is to be covered by the client.
The manufacturer warrants leather against seam failure and material defects strictly for twelve months. The natural beauty of leather means that no two pieces of leather are exactly alike. As such, natural markings and grain variations are not considered defects.

Warranty Limitations:

This warranty does not include: Any condition resulting from other than ordinary wear or any use for which the product was not intended. Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care. The leather products must be maintained regularly for them not to dehydrate and crack.

Warranty specifically does not cover: Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, water/ liquid damage, accidents, intended abuse or shipping damage, dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse, normal wear and tear, damages incurred during transportation, damages incurred during maintenance and any used, previously displayed items (example: floor samples).

Claim Procedures:

Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 12 months from invoice date. We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field. Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise. If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a store credit will be issued. No return and refund can be processed.
