RETURNS POLICY

Return and Refund Policy

Not loving your purchase? We’ve got you covered!

You’re welcome to return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in brand-new, unworn condition with all original packaging, shoe bag, shoe horn and tags included.  Just a heads-up - Shoes with creases or scratched soles cannot be returned. Last Chance items, Gift Cards, and Final Sale products aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges. Let us help make things right!

TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Free Returns with Redo Portal:

  1. If you purchased Re:Do coverage at the time of your order, begin your return or exchange through the Redo portal linked below and follow the step-by-step instructions. A digital QR code will be emailed to you for easy processing.  https://www.escaroroyale.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login
  2. Ensure the shoes are packed securely in their original shoebox and placed in a protective shipping box to avoid damage during transit. Drop off your return at the most convenient location.
  3. Once your QR code is scanned at the drop-off counter, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for assistance at care@escaroroyale.com
  4. If you did not purchase Re:Do returns protection at the time of your purchase, you can still return via the re:do portal. We will refund you the invoice amount minus $10 returns fees. 

Condition Requirements for Returns and Exchanges

Items must be in their original, unworn, and brand-new condition, with all labels and accessories intact, to qualify for a return or exchange. To protect the soles, please try on your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface.

We’re happy to process returns and exchanges for eligible products, provided they have not been worn or had labels removed. All returned items will undergo inspection to confirm they meet these standards.

Please note:

  • Packaging must remain intact and unmarked.
  • Items with damaged packaging, removed labels, or visible wear will not qualify for a refund.
  • If a return is declined, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.

We offer returns and exchanges for all shoe purchases within the contiguous United States, except for specific items such as Last Chance products, Final Sale items and Gift Cards.

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Return and exchange shipping is free with re:do within the contiguous United States. However, Escaro Royale Luxury LLC is not responsible for any returns that are lost during transit.

 

APO/FPO/DPO/PO Boxes:
Returns and exchanges cannot be processed for APO/FPO/DPO/PO Box addresses through Escaro Royale Luxury LLC. In these cases, you will be responsible for all shipping costs and creating the return label. For further assistance, please contact care@escaroroyale.com

International Orders:
We are unable to process returns or exchanges for shipments outside the contiguous United States. Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at checkout. Escaro Royale is not liable for any additional fees that may be imposed by your country.
